Terms and conditions of use

The contract stipulated between APEMA S.R.L. and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if partial, of the order by APEMA S.R.L. , which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the aforementioned information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions. If the customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of the legislative decree n. 185/1999 on distance selling. We reserve the right to make changes to product information to match that provided by manufacturers, without prior notice. The image accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its characteristics, and may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the figure. Confirmation of the correct receipt of the order is notified by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the customer through the registration procedure. The content of the mail will indicate no. order, data and time of receipt, these data will be required in all communications with our offices. The customer can also check the status of his orders directly from the site. In case of non-acceptance of an order by APEMA S.R.L. a timely communication will be made to the customer. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The stocks of products available at the time of the order may vary in a few minutes as access to the database of our warehouses may not be in real time. Therefore, the immediate availability of the ordered products is not guaranteed.
