Information pursuant to law n. 196/03 on the protection of personal data
Information from Lerre.com or APEMA S.R.L. pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03
Dear Customer,
we wish to inform you that your personal data - collected directly from you - will be used by APEMA S.R.L. and communicated to other companies, in full compliance with the fundamental principles, dictated:
From Directive 95/46 / EC of the European Parliament concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the circulation of data;
From directive 97/66 / EC for the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
From directive 97/07 / EC and from Legislative Decree 185/99 for the protection of consumers in distance contracts;
From directive 00/31 / EC for electronic commerce;
Of the legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data";
Of the Legislative Decree 70/2003 on the subject of electronic commerce.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS AND RELATED PURPOSES
Below, we summarize all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them.
Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of providing the e-commerce service of our products and to provide the Judicial Authority with the information requested;
Processing of the personal data you have provided and of those derived from your web browsing, based on the process better clarified in the general conditions of service, in order to define your commercial profile;
Use of your commercial profile by Lerre.com or APEMA S.R.L. for marketing and promotional purposes of APEMA S.R.L .;
Collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative and accounting purposes, including any e-mail transmission of commercial invoices;
Use of your commercial profile by APEMA S.R.L. and for third party marketing and promotional purposes;
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The treatment will take place with fully automated methods. Therefore, any processing that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded a priori.
OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE TREATMENT
The data controller is APEMA S.R.L., with registered office in Via Giovanni Pascoli, 63 - 80018 Mugnano di Napoli.
Any requests pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 must be addressed to APEMA S.R.L.
The Sole Responsible pursuant to Article 29 of Legislative Decree 196/03 is the company APEMA S.R.L.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03 (Rights of the interested party)
In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him even if not yet recorded and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain information in relation to:
Origin of the data;
Purpose of the treatment;
Logic of the treatment;
Identification details of the Data Controller and of the Managers;
Of the subjects to whom the data can be communicated.
The interested party also has the right to obtain:
The updating, rectification or integration of the collected data;
The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
The attestation that the operations referred to in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom such data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .
The interested party also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
To the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material.
